Nestled in a clearing on this 'Private Nature Reserve' beneath the often mist shrouded Black Bluff Mt, on the banks of the Leven River are 6 log cabins. All the cabins have fresh spring water piped from within the reserve and all have verandahs where you can sit relax and watch the native birdlife as you soak up the peace and tranquillity of the forest and mountain views. They are fully self contained with open log fires to snuggle up in front of as you are visited by the nocturnal wildlife.
Fauna cabins
There are three Fauna cabins two queen and one standard studio style with open log fires.
The queen cabins are cosy retreats for doubles with ensuite and fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, gas stove, toasters and electric frypans, fridges, tea & coffee. The queen beds have electric blankets all linen and bedding. The queen cabins are appointed a little better than the standard and have little extras such as port and bed side chocolates. The standard cabin has the same floor plan and kitchen but with a double bed and singles all linen and bedding. Ideal for those on a budget or singles travelling together. Great for an overnight stop on route of the Penguin / Cradle Walk.

Flora cabin
There are three Flora cabins studio style with open log fires and
ensuites ideal for families or 2 or more couples travelling together. They
will accommodate up to 6 people a double bed in an alcove of the lounge
/ dining room. A separate bedroom with 4 good size bunk beds. Floor plan
below.
The kitchens have a full electric stove, microwave ovens, toaster, electric kettle and a large fridge, and tea and coffee Beds have all linen, bedding and electric blankets.
